Batavians For A Healthy River Batavia Creek CleanUp & Restoration 10-14-06 We worked with volunteers and crew from Batavia Park District to clear about one acre of scrub and invasives along Batavia Creek -- just west of Hart Road and south of Bond Drive. Two dump trucks of chippings were filled! This creek feeds into the Fox and needs a lot more TLC to get it and its banks healthy.  Thanks to Jessi & Steve for taking the lead on this, along with Ron, Mary Anne, Becky, the Park District crew, and new volunteers from the neighborhood!
